Become a salt worker for a day

From 14th June to 30th August, every Tuesday at 4.30pm.

You can spend a day in the company of the salt workers and work in the ancient Camillone salt pan, an open-air section of the Museum. Participants will take part in the salt extraction and transportation activities.

This is an absolutely unique opportunity to experience the thrill of assuming the role of the salt worker and experience in Cervia, in a evocative atmosphere of the extraordinary environment of the salt pan, the magic of the "sweet" salt harvest, as well as the life of the salt workers.

The experience also offers the opportunity to learn about life episodes, stories and anecdotes directly from those who lived them.

The initiative is suitable for people aged 15 to 90 in small groups. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
