An afternoon in the company of the salt workers in the Camillone salt pan, the only one remaining of the ancient artisan salt pans of Cervia working alongside the salt workers. The members of the Gruppo Culturale Civiltà Salinara explain the salt production process and teach the participants the activities. At the end of the day, participants will receive a diploma of participation.
